All About Pat Mote 

Pat has been serving the real estate needs of her customers and clients in the Central Arkansas area since moving here in 1985 when she and her family relocated to the area from northeast Arkansas.  

After spending several years with an independent local real estate company; Pat opened Pat Mote Real Estate in January,1999 with a "team" concept whereby each agent specialized in a different aspect of the real estate transaction. Pat's team has consistently been rated among the top teams in this area since that time. In December,2005 Pat, along with husband and co-owner Jerry, decided to affiliate with WEICHERT, REALTORS®, and are now helping each agent learn ALL the different things involved in a real estate transaction, instead of one specific area.

Pat has been active with her local and state REALTOR Associations and believes in education as a way of helping meet the needs of her customers and clients. In fact, the outstanding training programs for sales associates, as well as the professionalism and integrity was instrumental in deciding to affiliate with WEICHERT, REALTORS®. Pat also believes in giving back to her community and has donated her time and support to different charities and organizations including the Boys and Girls Club, American Cancer Society, Easter Seals of Arkansas, Special Olympics, Toys for Tots and various food collecting agencies in this area. Pat and her team have also helped with Junior Achievement and other programs in the local schools and helped deliver meals to the elderly who cannot drive to the local Senior Adult Center. 

Jerry Mote
Co-Owner/Business Manager  

After working more than 30 years with a major insurance company, Jerry joined his wife Pat and son Mitchell in 2000 to help with running the family owned business. His role consists of goal planning and support. He also works with the company's accountant making sure all of the details of running a real estate business is accomplished. In addition to Mitchell, Jerry and Pat have another son Marty and two grandchildren. Aside from spending time with the grandchildren, Jerry enjoys golf and watching the Arkansas Razorback football and backetball teams. 

Mitchell M.  

Executive Broker/Sales Trainer. Mitchell was born in Jonesboro, Arkansas and attended Pocahontas Arkansas schools before transferring to Bryant and graduating from Bryant High School. He attended UAM and later attended the University of Arkansas in Little Rock. Mitchell has been in real estate since 1995, working with Pat since that time. He is the son of owners Jerry and Pat Mote. Mitchell has attended many training seminars and specialized in working with buyers until 2005 when he began taking on additional training responsibilities with the company. Both buyers and sellers appreciate his honest, straight forward approach to selling. He is married to Rosemary and they are parents of Drew 16, and Mary Catherine (Catie) 12. Stephanie Lester
Sales Associate 

Stephanie is a “local” girl graduating from Bryant High School and UALR with a degree in business management. She now lives in Benton with husband Jason and their 4 children who attend Bryant schools. Stephanie’s friendly smile reflects her positive attitude. Barbara is originally from Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Before entering real estate she spent 18 years in the recycling industry, owning her own business. Rick is originally from Adrian, Michigan but has lived in Arkansas for several years. Rick’s background includes American Airline’s fleet service for 18 years and more recently working in residential remodeling. Amy is a native Arkansan hailing from Forrest City, AR. She has been a resident of Bryant for 12 years. She and husband Jim are parents of daughter Lexy and son Jassim who attend Bryant Schools. The Lees are owners of Shipley Donut Shop in Little Rock and Posh Properties, a beauty salon in Little Rock. Amy's prior work history includes 18 years in the banking industry. In her spare time, Amy enjoys attending her children's soccer games and other family activities.  

Debbie Harrington
Sales Associate 

Debbie's background includes teaching elementary school with the public school system in Arkansas (her latest teaching position being at Bauxite Public Schools) since graduating from HSU in 1983. She has a BSE in Elementary Ed plus gifted and talented certificate. She is originally from Arkadelphia, Arkansas and has been a resident of Benton for 10 years. Debbie is married to Clif, who teaches at Bauxite, Arkansas, and they have two daughters, Laura who is a graduate of Ouachita University and presently attending law school at UALR. Amy, another daughter, is a student at Ouachita University. In her spare time, Debbie enjoys yard work and reading. Forrest Venis 

Forrest is a graduate of Bryant High School and attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR). Forrest is married and presently lives in Benton.
