This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and is always the main topic at our office sales meetings and training classes. It requires all of us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. Debbie Harrington:
Debbie has been an elementary teacher with the public school system in Arkansas (her latest teaching position being at Bauxite Public Schools) since graduating from HSU in 1983. She has a BSE in Elementary Ed plus gifted and talented certificate. She is originally from Arkadelphia, Arkansas and has been a resident of Benton for 12 years. Debbie is married to Clif, who teaches at Bauxite, Arkansas, and they have two daughters, Laura who is attending University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen Law School and Amy who is attends Ouachita University. In her spare time, Debbie enjoys yard work and reading.
Barbara Harris:
Barbara has been licensed in real estate since 2004 and has worked with Weichert Realtors - Pat Mote Properites since that time. A native of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Barbara has been a resident of Benton since 2004. Barbara and husband David, who is the pastor of Temple Baptist Church in Benton, have recently purchased a home on acreage outside Benton, hence the name of her email address. Amy is a native Arkansan hailing from Forrest City, Arkansas. She has been a resident of Bryant for the past several years. Amy has two children, a daughter Lexy and son Jassim who attend Bryant Schools. Amy’s prior work history includes 18 years in the banking industry. Rick is originally from Adrian, Michigan but has lived in Arkansas for several years. Rick’s background includes American Airline’s fleet service for 18 years and more recently working in residential remodeling. Rick is easy going and always strives to do what’s right in every circumstance. He is married to wife Sally and they have one daughter, Lauren.

Jerry Mote:
After working more than 30 years with a major insurance company, Jerry joined his wife Pat and son Mitchell in 2000 to help with running the family owned business. His role consists of goal planning and support. He also works with the company's accountant making sure all of the details of running a real estate business is accomplished. In addition to Mitchell, Jerry and Pat have another son Marty and two grandchildren.

Mitchell Mote CRS, GRLA:
Executive Broker/Sales Trainer. Mitchell graduated from Bryant High School and attended the University of Arkansas in Little Rock. He is the son of owners Jerry and Pat Mote. Mitchell has been in real estate since 1995, working with Pat since that time. Mitchell has attended many training seminars and specialized in working with buyers until 2005 when he began taking on additional training responsibilities with our company and working with all aspects of the real estate industry. Pat has been selling real estate in Central Arkansas since 1986. After working with another franchise company and later with an independent real estate company, Pat opened her own company in January, 1999. Tom Schroeder:
A native of Chicago, IL, Tom has enjoyed living and working in Central Arkansas since 1994. Tom is married and is the man of his house with four daughters. Easy going and eager to help best describes Tom. In his spare time Tom enjoys hiking with his wife and gardening, fishing and camping with the family. Sharon Tremor:
Sharon has been a full time licensed agent since 1992. She began her career in California with 14 years selling in San Diego County. Selling resale residential, multi-family and commercial properties has been the main focus of her career. Sharon has also enjoyed restoring historic buildings in Hot Springs, Arkansas. In addition to selling and restoring properties, Sharon believes in investing in real estate and owns and manages several rental properties. During the past 5 years Sharon has worked in the Central Arkansas area selling property in Garland, Saline, Montgomery, Hot Spring, Pulaski, Faulkner and Scott counties.
Sharon is married to Bill and she has two grown sons. Among her hobbies are cooking, gardening and antiques.
