Her husband Brent is a native Arkansan and is employed as an Engineer with Union Pacific Railroad. LeAnn and Brent enjoy living in Benton with their two daughters Mallory and Abby. Debbie Harrington:
Debbie has been an elementary teacher with the public school system in Arkansas (her latest teaching position being at Bauxite Public Schools) since graduating from HSU in 1983. She has a BSE in Elementary Ed plus gifted and talented certificate. She is originally from Arkadelphia, Arkansas and has been a resident of Benton for 14 years. Debbie is married to Clif, who teaches at Bauxite, Arkansas, and they have two daughters, Laura who is attending University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen Law School and Amy who attends Ouachita University. In her spare time, Debbie enjoys yard work and reading.
Barbara Harris:
Barbara has been licensed in real estate since 2004 and has worked with Weichert Realtors - Pat Mote Properties since that time. A native of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Barbara has been a resident of Benton since 2004. Barbara and husband David, who is the pastor of Temple Baptist Church in Benton, have recently purchased a home on acreage outside Benton, hence the name of her email address. Kendra Howard
Kendra is a native Arkansan. She specializes in residential resale and new homes.
When not working in real estate, Kendra enjoys working with and training horses and spends a lot of her spare time caring for the animals and giving riding lessons. Rick is originally from Adrian, Michigan but has lived in Arkansas for several years. Rick’s background includes American Airline’s fleet service for 18 years and more recently working in residential remodeling. Jerry Mote:
After working more than 30 years with a major insurance company, Jerry joined his wife Pat and son Mitchell in 2000 to help with running the family owned business. His role consists of goal planning and support. He also works with the company's accountant making sure all of the details of running a real estate business is accomplished. In addition to Mitchell, Jerry and Pat have another son Lt. Col Martin Mote and two grandchildren.

Mitchell Mote CRS, GRLA:
Executive Broker/Sales Trainer. Mitchell graduated from Bryant High School and attended the University of Arkansas in Little Rock. He is the son of owners Jerry and Pat Mote. Mitchell has been in real estate since 1995, working with Pat since that time. Mitchell has attended many training seminars and specialized in working with buyers until 2005 when he began taking on additional training responsibilities with our company and working with all aspects of the real estate industry. After working with another franchise company and later with an independent real estate company, Pat opened her own company in January, 1999. Tom Schroeder:
A native of Chicago, IL, Tom has enjoyed living and working in Central Arkansas since 1994. Tom is married and is the man of his house with four daughters. Sharon Tremor
Sharon is married to Bill and resides in Benton. Sharon has two grown sons. She has been licensed to sell real estate since 1992 working in California and Arkansas. Before entering real estate Sharon worked in the restaurant business. Her love of real estate extends to ownership of investment properties and she is involved in organizations such as Apartment Building Associations and Landlord Associations.
